Creature 7.0: Hardware and memory
An e-paper display, CO2 and VOC sensors, and a twin test that led to a slower second memory on each connection.
The Creature is now version 7.0, which is a hardware update. I added an e-paper display, a CO2 sensor and a VOC sensor. The two sensors are not part of the learning loop yet; that is the next step.
I also ran a twin test: a second, newborn Creature mind running in parallel with the real one. It showed the newborn catches up with the ten-day-old mind in about a day. In other words, the Creature learns, but it forgets almost everything older than a day. A first fix, a slower second memory on each connection, went live today.
